They will discuss the importance of mindfulness, self-care, and positive self-talk for mental wellbeing. They will also provide tips for incorporating these habits into our daily routines, drawing from their experience as a start-up entrepreneur in the wellness industry. Amy will also discuss how she uses her business to help people build these habits.


Beth Wright, Functional Medicine Health Coach & Founder of B Fit

A functional doctor who will discuss the impact of nutrition and gut health on mental health. They will provide evidence-based recommendations for improving mental health through diet and supplements.


Stephanie Huen, Sleep Expert & Founder of Hush Home

A sleep expert who will discuss the importance of sleep for mental health. They will provide tips for improving sleep hygiene and how to make a good night’s sleep a habit.
