Janice Ng
Janice Ng is the creator of AbsFocus, a digital platform for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She started her fitness journey since the age of five – she passed the Royal Academy of Dance in Ballet from Grade 1 to 8 with Distinction and received a Taekwondo Black Belt. In high school, she took up track and field and was awarded as the overall champion in 100m, high jump, and hurdles.
Certified in Lagree Fitness, NASM, and Polestar Pilates, her goal is to inspire you through exercises by pushing you to your limits and encouraging you to unleash your potential.
Siena Tsang
Born and raised in Canada, Siena appreciates and knows the importance of having work life balance. When she arrived to Hong Kong, she continued to sought after her wellbeing and very soon embarked on a yoga journey that has since become her greatest journey.
Yoga offers her tools that accompany her through the ups and downs and challenges of life and her passion is to share those tools with you.

Valerie Lui
The founder of veavea studios and a mental health advocate, Valerie is a professional choreographer, dancer, and dance & yoga instructor. She has performed and choreographed for countless renowned artists in Hong Kong. Her classes are fun, inclusive and inspiring.
She loves fusing different styles of movement in her classes and creative pieces.
Teerawat Nantiyakul
Growing up a multi-sport athlete and having served in the Thai military, Tee ultimately found yoga asana, functional mobility training and breathwork to be his main practices. They keep him active, nimble and strong in body and mind while challenging him every single day to give his body and soul what they need.
Tee leverages his knowledge and experience as a full-time Science Educator to improve fitness and health intelligently and safely.
Walter Vaz
Walter, or better known as The Personal Trainer HK, is a professional athlete, certified personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. He loves what the body can produce throughout our daily life activities and sees it as his job to help people but also make sure they reach and unlock the potential of a better version of themselves through a healthy lifestyle.
