
Sparkling Evellini
To gather:
- ½ can Eve Turmeric Soda
- ½ glass of white wine (chardonnay for creamy crisp finish; resiling for fruiter finish)
- Two tablespoons of peach purée or nectar
To make:
- Place peach purée at the bottom of the glass.
- Pour the liquids into a glass accordingly over ice cubes
- Stir gently
