Sparkling Evellini

To gather:

  • ½ can Eve Turmeric Soda
  • ½ glass of white wine  (chardonnay for creamy crisp finish; resiling for fruiter finish) 
  • Two tablespoons of peach purée or nectar

To make:

  1. Place peach purée at the bottom of the glass.
  2. Pour the liquids into a glass accordingly over ice cubes 
  3. Stir gently
